Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

Our apartment is set just by the sea. It is a small house within other bigger house. There is a private terrace and private beach for all guests that are using villa. This nice small house have two floors with two bedrooms,each has its own bathroom. Downstairs is kitchen,dining room and tv room in one. Very peaceful place just 6 km away from old town. Rita's place has an amazing balcony and breathtaking view over the Old Town and the sea. It is situated in quiet area Ploče having 5 minutes walk to the Old Town. Arriving by car must be announced. The apartment comrises 50 sq meters and consists of one double bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa as a spare bed for two persons, bathroom and two balconies with a wonderful view of the Old city. Lots of stairs could be a challenge. Free parking space.
