This is a unique log cabin with one double bedroom, one bathroom and open plan kitchen/sitting room which includes a double sofa bed. It is situated within walking distance to Portrane Beach, local shop, public house and sit-in fish and chip shop. The area is quiet with picturesque scenery. It is close to Rogerstown Estuary which is home to a bird reserve. It is a 15 minute drive from Dublin Airport. There is a bus stop outside which can bring you to Donabate train station and Swords Village.,

O'Rourkes Cottage Retreat Glenasmole

O'Rourkes cottage is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains overlooking Dublin city. The cottage has 2 bedroom, sitting room and kitchen with a woodland garden. Ideally situated to enjoy the the Dublin Wicklow mountains . The cottage includes central heating, wood burning stove, cooker, electric shower. We are now operating a minimum two night stay. Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.
