This apartment is located in a beautiful stone house in Medvinjak Bay. A stone paved path leads you to the beach, only 40m away. This lovely seaview apartment is fully equipped, air conditioned, with full Wi Fi coverage and with its own entrance. There is a spacious trace with a magnificent sea view and built in barbecue. Total relaxation, scent of Mediterranean herbs, sound of light breeze in the pine trees, seeing all shades of blue at your grasp... can holidays look and feel any better ?

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Viganj village shop provides essentials, and Orebic is only 15 minutes away for a weekly shop. Korcula (Island and historic town) is just across the bay.
