Villa Šibenik s grijanim bazenom površine je 268 m2 (za 9 osoba) opremljena je luksuznim stilskim interijerom u dašku Neo stila. Velika terasa idealna je za dugo uživanje u toplim večerima ili za opuštanje uz čitanje knjige. Unutar 5 do 10 minuta vožnje od kuće nalazi se više od 5 najljepših plaža u šibenskoj regiji. U krugu od 45 minuta vožnje od kuće nalaze se ukupno 3 nacionalna parka. Nacionalni park Krka udaljen je 10 minuta vožnje autom.
