In the Toskana-Aqua-Park you can swim in spring and salt water. Enjoy the surrounding music and aquatic environment. Dresden is just 45 minutes away, and you need just 90 minutes to get to Prague. I can tell you what is interesting to visit and I can give you insider-tips (trendy restaurants, great shopping boutiques, factory outlet and the best cafes). How about exploring the area with a historic tram? No problem. You can catch a ride 50 meters from our apartments. Would you enjoy an excursion with a motorboat on the Elbe River? Would you like to see the riverside nature from an old steam ship? It is all possible. Please let me know. I would also like to organize for you a stretch-limousine ride for you and your friends all around the Elbe Valley. The chauffeur will gladly fill you in on everything. A party band can be organized for your private event, on request, with catering and complete security. Have you longed to visit a real shooting range with all the offerings? Die Suite verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer m.einem großen Kingsize-Doppelbett+Einzelbett (weiteres Aufstell- o. Babybett ist möglich) sowie einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit einer extra Schlafcouch. DIY Design Appartement creative area city center

My flat can comfortably accommodate 6 people, and an extra bed can also accommodate up to 8/9 people. I have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. In the blue room an additional air bed can be provided for 2 people. It is the larger room with a couch, projector & screen. In the orange room there is a 1.60 m double bed and a 1.40 m wide loft bed. Since the ceiling height is not very high, I like to offer this bed as a single bed, but even in this one you can easily sleep in pairs.

Das Neurerkollektiv der Stadtflitzerbude hat wieder zugeschlagen. Jetzt könnt Ihr in unserer fetzigen Unterkunft, dem blauen Autoreisbus aus Zittau wohnen . In dem feststehenden Bus können bis 4 Personen übernachten. Das Bett im Heckbereich ist 1,60 x 2 m und das Bett über dem Lenkrad ist 1,45 x 1,90 m. Der Bus ist komplett mit Küche und Bad mit Dusche/WC ausgestattet. Weiter gibt es Heizung, SAT-TV, WLAN. Ab und zu gibt es den Geruch des wilden Ostens, wenn unsere Oldtimer vom Hof rollen.

Die FeWo (ca. 55 m²) ist für 2 bis 5 Personen geeignet und verfügt über - 1 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett, Breite 1,8 m) - 1 Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas (Doppelcouch für 2 Personen, Breite 1,4 m und eine Couch für 1 Person, Breite ca. 0,8 cm) , Smart-TV - 1 voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Ofen, Herd, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle) - 1 Bad (Dusche, Wachbecken, WC) - 1 Balkon (Südausrichtung, Blick auf die Elbe) Bushaltestelle „Altwachwitz“ direkt vor der Tür. Nicht barrierefrei!
