The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

PAŽNJA: Tijekom travnja 2026. povremeno se izvode radovi na obnovi krovne terase. Terasa i jacuzzi neće biti dostupni. Stoga se odobrava popust od 25 %. Za zajedničko korištenje sa do 4 druge osobe, na 2. katu: krovna terasa sa hidromasažnim bazenom i infinity bazenom 30 m2, dubina vode 30/110 cm, ležaljke, garnitura za sjedenje. Bazen u upotrebi: 15.05.-30.09. Grijana voda. Parking na parceli pored kuće, uvijek raspoloživ i bez naknade. Punjenje električnog automobila moguće (uz doplatu).
