Smješten je u stambenoj zgradi u koju se ulazi sa sjeverne strane pa je ulaz praktički u razini stana koji je na 3. katu. Sa balkona-loggie pruža se lijep pogled na more, prostor gdje možete boraviti tokom dana. Spavača soba ima prostrani krevet, garderobni ormar i trosjed. U dnevnom boravku sofa se pretvara u ležaj za dvoje. Parkirno mjesto je ispred zgrade.

Nemaju unutarnju komunikaciju pa je pogodan za odmor parova/prijatelja ili obitelji sa starijom djecom, u kojem svatko ima svoju privatnost. Objekti su povezani vanjskom natkrivenom terasom. Većina marketa i drogerija nalazi se u centru grada, udaljeni su 10-15 min hoda od apartmana.
