This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. We are committed to environmental sustainability and the apartment is powered by solar energy. A new outdoor hot tub was recently installed in February, 2024! We look forward to your visit!

Lower Village Lofts •North• Steps to Dock Square

The Lower Village Lofts *North* is a newly renovated large studio apartment located in the heart of the action - just steps from Dock Square (downtown Kennebunkport) and 1/2 mile to the beach! This unit features a brand new fully equipped kitchen, all new designer and higher end furnishings, and a custom built-in room divider complete with an electric fireplace, armoire, and 50" smart TV. The bedroom area has a new king bed with luxurious bedding, black out shades, and an additional smart TV.

Wells Beach - Baywatch North

North Side 2 story apartment on 2nd and 3rd floors. Large deck with Weber gas grill and patio table and chairs. Large deck off of master bedroom with king size bed. There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)

Imagine staying in a yurt in the woods of Chebeague Island, nestled in a private clearing in the woods. Explore island beaches and hidden trails. This yurt is “glampy” inside with leather chairs and a substantial log bed. The yurt has a rusticator kitchen with all of the basics for cooking: fridge, stovetop, sink, water, firepit & firewood. Outdoor shower. WiFi . Heater for cool spring nights. Ferry options on Casco Bay Lines or CTC Ferry. Host provides transport to/from ferry to the yurt.

Harbor House Cottages Edgewater

The Edgewater cottage is available from Mid-May through Mid- October. A Beautiful 2 bedroom fully equipped cottage in Wells Maine (Edgewater) Queen bed in the master, dual twin trundle bed in the second BR, pull out sofa in LR, fully equipped kitchen, Heat and AC, WIFI, TV, gas grill, fire pit, private quiet lane with plenty of parking, 1/2 mile from the ocean/beach, the trolley picks up next door 100 yds. away. (bed sheets, pillow cases, wash cloths and bath towels not provided)

Enjoy peace and tranquility on your private back deck, the amazing salt water hot tub (exclusively use) new sauna, heated seasonal outdoor shower, deep bathtub (showering is tricky for people taller then 5'5)with bluetooth speaker.Comfortable king size bed with European bedding and a single fold out foam mattress on the 1st floor, that was just finished as another relax area, with 70" TV, record player, hammock & hanging chair.
