Convenient ferry access makes a day trip to Boston a breeze.

Enjoy your very own country living retreat! Our pet friendly home sleeps 8 with a large fenced in yard, so bring the kids & furry friends. There is a big backyard and lots of trees providing privacy. The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues. Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place

Some seasons (including some winters) we have hens in the backyard...

Our unique home is conveniently situated close to routes 95 and 128. It is a great base camp for day-tripping to Boston or various points on the north shore (Salem, Beverly, Gloucester, etc.). There are numerous restaurants and stores of all types located nearby. Our house has historical significance and has been thoughtfully maintained. Home was built in the 1930's, beautiful woodwork and hard wood floors, yet updated with modern amenities. There is a $10/guest per night fee for each guest over 4.

The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.
