The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Our one-bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people and a cozy stay for more than two. It's a stone's throw away from Hope Village, where there is plenty of charm, shopping, and great food. We are less than a mile from Brown and RISD. The apartment has its own private entrance. There is no parking on the premises, however, there is plenty of free street parking, very often right in front of the house.
