It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Central Boulder Garden Suite

The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

Floral hideaway

Cute hideaway in central boulder! Clean & cozy studio room with private bathroom, amenities and outdoor area. Architecturally connected to primary home with kind family. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.

Enjoy, coffee, and tea in your suite. My suite can sleep 2 easily, 3 if okay with compact space. This is an older house with some amenities for your comfort, but not a modern Townhouse.

Built in 1904, this historic duplex was Boulder's first apartment building! Original hardwood floors and 10 ft ceilings. Skylights, private patio, air conditioning, front-load washer, 44 inch TV, Sleeps 4, queen bed and trundle bed. If there are additional guests that are not registered on the reservation you will be charged $75 per night. Quiet street.

Mountain retreat half mile from Boulder

This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows.   Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. The apartment is the very separate walk out downstairs of my house which it has its own private entrance you can access anytime of day or night. Very quiet!
