The apartment is ideal for group bookings & longer stays, with cook facilities & washing machine. It also has a large bathroom, separate shower & deep bath to soak in & a large lounge that opens to a private deck. Free WIFI. We are an adults only retreat. We are situated 1 hour drive from Hobart, on the Huon River Estuary. The ambience of the property is a secluded, rural, actual waterfront acreage. Guests may enjoy the pebble beach and rock pools together with the private jetty for fishing. We have a secure fenced area adjacent to the chalet suitable for well-behaved pets. Huon Burrow- Underground, WaterViews

The Huon Burrow is a unique underground dwelling nestled into the hillside with amazing views over the Huon River within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants at historic Franklin in the Huon Valley. The Huon Burrow has half a metre of material on the roof composed of soil, gravel and insulation on top of a waterproof barrier, then 20 tons of concrete and one ton of reinforced steel.

Bronzewing Studio is just outside the beautiful town of Snug. This bush property is just off the Highway in the heart of the channel, only a 5 minute drive in one direction to the Bruny Island ferry and a few minute drive in the other for amenities and scenic beaches in Snug. The studio is located on 20 acres of bushland that is abundant with birds and wildlife.
