Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. You will need to descend several steps to access the lake. See pics.

Lakefront Cabin/ Back Porch

Our home is located directly on Douglas lake. It's located about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Upstairs- One full bathroom, one room has two beds, loft area- tv, fireplace, bed & pool table. Downstairs-a master bedroom & bathroom. The back porch is enclosed with a 6 person hot tub. WiFi. We only supply one round of kitchen and bath supplies. NO WATER IN LAKE EXCEPT MAIN CHANNEL AFTER LABOR DAY/REFILLS MID-APRIL. YOU MUST TAKE TRASH OFF OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED-1 bag allowed for Sunday checkout.

Bring your family and enjoy the views of Douglas Lake with the Smoky Mountains in the backdrop in our comfortable lake house. Our lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

The entire upper level of this luxurious lakefront home is designed for your use and enjoyment. The views of the Smoky Mountains are the backdrop to this oasis. Enjoy a bird’s eye view of lake from the upper deck. Easy access to lake using staircase or paved roadway. Bring all your water toys and dock your boat or swim in the cove using our pontoon as point of access to lake. Gourmet kitchen and large outdoor flat top grill make cooking fun. Many small appliances available for guest use.

Rocky Ridge is a beautiful secluded cabin with breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and Douglas lake. The cabin sleeps 6 and has a fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds, a sleeper sofa in the loft, a master bath with double shower heads and soaking tub, a living room with a cozy fireplace, an arcade table, hammock and rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, propane grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and much more. This is the place to enjoy the Smoky Mountains!!

This cozy cabin sleeps 4 and is nestled in the hills of Lake Douglas. With mountain views and lake front access, you'll have time to relax, fish, boat, kayak and view the mountains from the back porch. 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) and 45 minutes from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain Nation Park. There is no shortage of things to do in this area, but while you're back at the cabin, you'll be happy you chose Shady Shore. *The lake water level is low from Sept to Mid April*

Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - May.

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.

There will not be water at the boat docks during this time.
