Our Guest Cottage is a Beautiful Farm house decor. Nestled at the base of the Sierra's and Lake Tahoe, you will find yourself at the heart of NV history. Located mins. from all NV has to offer from fine dining to outdoor activities. Ski, hike, explore, hit the NV nightlife, soak in the spa's at Walley's Hot Springs a mile down the road. At the end of the day, sit on the front porch and gaze over the valley and ponder what Mark Twain and so many settlers thought as they passed by this location.

This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes. There is hiking, and snowshoeing right from the front door. Our house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

The Big House on the Lake is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is right on the lake making it easy to go fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, kayaking or water-skiing. You can sit on the deck and watch the water foul as they become part of the scenery and just relax. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.
