Trotz der Nähe zu Los Llanos liegt die Villa sehr ruhig und abseits vom Verkehrslärm in einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Das in die ursprüngliche Natur eingebettete Anwesen über Los Llanos erschließt sich als eine terrassenförmig angelegte Ruheoase.
