There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

The Grand River Valley is a short drive away. Enjoy sitting on the front porch swing watching Amish buggies pass by or build a campfire in the back yard and watch the sun set over the fields.

We are still making improvements but promise you a very comfortable stay in the heart of the Grand River Valley wine region. This is a great location for your stay in the area!
