The Oast House is on a private Tudor Estate. A listed mid-Victorian property has charming period features, a large garden and storage. It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. Terrific for group bookings, cycling and triathlon participants, temp workers, golfers, extended families in area for special occasions, corporate charity rides, or bake off weekends! East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Cosy bespoke cabin set on the edge of woodland. Nicely secluded without being off the beaten track. The ideal getaway for a romantic break, some country magic - nights by the fire and woodland walks. Snuggle up with a blanket around the fire pit, or relax inside by the wood-burner with a good book. WiFi is also available. The area is fully fenced around the Bothy for your dog’s safety should you wish to bring your four legged friend.

In the heart of beautiful sussex

The annex is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meter with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, next to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are only 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead, unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

This detached, self contained Annexe is a stand alone cabin adjacent to our Cottage. There is a secure private entrance & ample parking. There are local Pubs/restaurants and other amenities nearby.
