The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

The area of the APP is 34 m2 + terrace 35m2 with summer kitchen. Terrace belongs only to this APP and it is covered and hidden and closed with a small door. Open view by the sea. The apartment features a shared patio and outside BBQ area where guests can relax and prepare a meal with friends. Including a private, secure parking lot in the backyard, accessibility is easy. Once guests arrive, many don't use their cars often as everything is walking distance and well connected.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
