Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Ljubiteljima ruralnog ambijenta i netaknute prirode s puno zelenila i cvrkuta ptica, ovaj smještaj pružiti će pravi užitak. Dvije kuće za odmor sagrađene 2020.g. iznajmljuju se kao jedna cjelina, nalaze se na velikoj lijepoj ograđenoj parceli površine 1500m2, u malom tipičnom istarskom selu Boduleri blizu malog gradića Vodnjan (10 km od Pule). Vašom rezervacijom će obje kuće, cijelo dvorište i bazen biti samo vama na raspolaganju i za vaše uživanje. Idealno za dvije obitelji s djecom.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
