Step out onto the garden patio and lounge in an Adirondack chair overlooking the river and Annapolis Royal across the Bay. We are located in the charming village of Granville Ferry on the oldest road in Canada.

Welcome to my home! Studio 181 is a century home in a charming village. The owner is a professional artist and the house is also a studio, with paint nights available to book during your stay. Famous for our whale and seabird watching, this clean, cozy guest room with private ensuite is on the 2nd floor of this beautiful newly renovated historic home overlooking the gardens under a canopy of maple trees.
