You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

Set in the sloping bush on Kiels Mountain, under the flight path of the Black Cockatoo, this newly built cabin is perfect for that getaway you need. Relax on your own huge deck looking out through the forest. Everything you need and 15mins to the beach and Maroochydore CBD. Price per night is for the whole cabin. Newly installed dual system Air Conditioning hot/cold to suit all year round. Perfect spot to relax and unwind and watch nature go about its day. You will love this tiny cabin.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. The Studio @ Hardings Farm

Kick back and relax in the calm of the studio, situated on our family farm located in the Glorious hinterland of the sunshine coast. Just ten minutes from the lovely tourist town of Montville and just 20 minutes to some of the finest beaches on the sunshine coast. Enjoy the peace and tranquility, unwind whilst surrounded by the sounds of the bush, birdsong and the gentle sounds of our farm animals. Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.
