Newly built, it features a deluxe double bed, a large power shower, ample off street parking, and is nearby a main line train station with direct service to Oxford, London and beyond. (Central Oxford City:15 mins, London:45mins). Perfect for anyone working at the Harwell Site (walk or take a direct bus), it is also ideal for guests in town for weddings and family events.

Our annex is in the heart of Oxfordshire a perfect space to unwind and relax. in a beautiful area of the village surrounded by fields and brooks. close to all amenities and Williams, Grove Technology park, Milton park, Harwell, Didcot, and Oxford, Frilford golf club and Drayton park golf club. with a 7 minute walk to the bus stop offering direct route to Wantage, Didcot and Oxford. If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

We invite you to stay in our spacious 1-bedroom apartment in central Wallingford. Situated on the 2nd floor of a historic building in the beautiful town square. The apartment has one bright and airy bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, a modern bathroom with shower over bath and a well appointed kitchen/lounge/diner. The convenient location is ideal for exploring Wallingford, Oxford and the surrounding areas. With allocated parking it is the perfect retreat for a memorable stay.

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.
