I do not live on the premises. In most cases I make use of the Airbnb self check-in facility because I prepare for guests in the morning and live too far away to be able to return to the city for late check in times. I am however constantly available on message and phone for enquiries and conversation. De Waterkant is a hip neighbourhood full of restaurants, cafes, and museums.
