Green Point Apartment with Separate Study and Luxury Touches

Brew some Nespresso coffee and admire the collection of local African and contemporary art and crafts. North-facing, the open living area and terrace offer views of Cape Town Stadium and the ocean, while the freestanding bath is a nice bonus. The space was decorated by myself. This is how I want you to experience Cape Town. Enjoy my (mostly African) contemporary art and crafts made by locals in and around the area. Read some of my books and make yourself at home. I want you to feel like it’s your home away from home :) The entrance to the apartment is on street level with and entrance foyer/ corridor before taking the beautiful old renovated staircase to the first floor. This first level of the house is accessible for exclusive guests use. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Feel free to contact me during your stay for any assistance and/or recommendations during your stay in Cape Town. Green Point is very centrally located and forms part of the Atlantic Seaboard. Restaurants and shops are close by, while the Central Business District and the V&A Waterfront are a long walk or short drive away, and Clifton Beach not much further. Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Atlantic Seaboard - Doorstep to the promenade

A lock-up & go apartment located directly in front of the promenade, within walking distance to Cape Town stadium. It has a full sea view in the front and Table Mountain, Golf Course & Cape Town Stadium at the back. The block is quiet and secure, and the location is perfect, with the MyCity bus stop right outside and Ubers arriving within minutes. The apartment is a 300m walk to the Waterfront with tons of activities to do and restaurants to dine at. Spacious and cozy, 2-bed apartment.

This sublime little studio apartment is a celebration of life's simple pleasures - lying in bed and listening to the ocean; reading stretched out on the couch; movie night on the sofa bed. It's also ideal for remote work with its strong and uncapped fibre wifi. Step out your door onto the Promenade and its a very short stroll away from the V&A, Green Point Park, the Oranjezicht Market...not to mention the coffee shops, the restaurants, the beaches and mountains. Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Nestled amidst treetops on the slopes of Signal Hill, braai on the deck or curl up on the couch in front of the log-fired stove and soak in views of Table Mountain. Then fall asleep in a heavenly bedroom to twinkling lights of the city far below. In the morning, the Nespresso machine awaits followed by hiking and biking trails right on your doorstep. Delis, shops and restaurants are only a 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive, away - but safe, secluded, and immersed in nature.
