This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. This unique apartment was built in 1925 and is located behind the main house that was built for a Kell sister, which is a well known name in Wichita. You will have to go up stairs to get to the unit. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Bathroom has a tub/ shower and is set up for all your needs. This Rustic Ranch is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, Sheppard Air Force.

Waurika Lake - Relax and enjoy this peaceful location, only a short walk to the lakefront. This home comes with two bedrooms, two baths and will accommodate 8 guests comfortably with the added pull-out sofa bed. Added features also include a 75” flat screen TV in the living room with flat screen TVs in both bedrooms as well. The back covered patio is over 1,000 sq. ft. with a large area for outdoor dining, grilling, or relaxing and watching the deer from the back porch or around the fire pit.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
