Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Guest house located on 60 acres in beautiful, rural Comanche County. Surrounded by green pastures and cattle, this is a peaceful country getaway located between Stephenville, Comanche, and Eastland. You will be welcomed by Hank and Beulah, the family ranch dogs. The ranch cat, Chris, and chickens will welcome you as well, and you may hear the rooster crow in the morning. No parties. Owners live in neighboring house on premises. No pets. Quiet guests, please, in order to respect neighbors.

The Little Red Bunkhouse is a private retreat located on a 50 acre working farm in rural De Leon, Texas. As our guest, you can relax and unwind on your private deck overlooking nature at it's finest! House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.

Pets are allowed. There is a $50.00 one time cleaning fee. Crate is required. We clean and sanitize the cottage after every guest. Sanitizing the entire cottage, bathroom and kitchen areas, every surface you touch (lamps, handles, light switch and door knobs). (see photos).
