This property is truly an oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. When you arrive, the massive rimrock wall will greet you; it is home to abundant wildlife (owls, deer, coyotes oh my). Shrouded by silence, the trill of frogs will put you to sleep. Mornings start with sunrise over the Ochoccos and full views of the valley and the crooked river at its base. Take a hike at Smith Rock, visit the Painted Hills or find yourself headed to town (Bend: 45 min, Prineville: 10 min, Redmond: 25 min).

Our custom-made studio is nestled in the woods with a country feel yet close to everything Bend has to offer. Outside,we have two large decks overlooking the wildlife with beautiful mountain views. Inside this 1100 square foot studio with a loft ,we have vaulted ceilings with open beams, a pool table, hunting trophies, and handmade woodwork throughout. You will have a private studio with no shared spaces that includes two queen beds, a kitchen, a living room, a bathrom, two decks, and a hot tub.

Private quest suite in 1 level home. Must book exact # of guests except when requesting the twin bed for two guests, (book 3). It's 2.5 miles from the noisy railroad and freeway. 1.4 mi to Pine Nursery Park; 2 mi to Forum Shopping Center; 3.7 mi to downtown; 5.6 mi to Old Mill Dist. & Hayden Amphitheater. 21 mi to Sunriver; 26 mi to Mt Bachelor. Access to Hwy 20 & 97. 2 min. walk to Butler Market conv. store & gas station. Guests appreciate the quiet neighborhood away from the noisy downtown.

Pepper’s Place

Private marina & hot tub — cozy studio Apt with no shared walls. 7-min drive to the Village at Sunriver via S. Century, 20 mins to Bend, 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

Parks Bunkhouse

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run all through the neighborhood, and easily connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only 2 miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter). The private studio/1 bath unit is attached to the main house, but accessed through a shared garage to a private staircase.

Come stay at our comfortable shop suite. Our 600 sq ft well-appointed space feels bigger than it is, with beautiful custom details. Relaxing, farm views out every window. Private bedroom, foldout euro lounger in living room. Spacious spa-like bathroom, there's no shower, but you'll hardly miss it for the other beautiful amenities and atmosphere. Kitchenette with the basics, including fridge, microwave, dishes, keurig, and hot water pot. Cozy theater room, perfect for a night in.

Old Mill Studio - walk to concerts, river, dining

Your own private studio behind our home is in the quiet, quaint neighborhood on the bluff above the Old Mill District and Deschutes River. Short walk to restaurants, coffee, breweries and concerts. Close to the river for floating, SUP, River Trail. Easy access to Mt Bachelor, Cascade Lakes, and mountain fun. Private entrance and sliding doors out to a private patio for your morning coffee or end-of-day beverage. A fire pit is available to top off a cozy evening (see notes.)

Our home is located in NW Bend, central to downtown Bend, Sisters, and Redmond. We have a newly remodeled, attached 1 bedroom apartment suite. One BR guest suite with private entrance, separate LR with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, barbecue, coffee/tea and private fenced yard with fire pit. The suite can sleep three people (three adults, or family with two kids). One queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. Located in SE Bend, 3 miles to downtown, and a short drive to hiking and mtn bike trails. Approximately 25 miles to Mt. Bachelor. Dog friendly..but please see our dog rules below.
