Welsh 'ty' means 'house' in English, and it's harder to imagine a cosier cabin than the one we lovingly placed in this secluded spot among some of Britain's most serene countryside. So welcome to our 'Ty Cosy'. Fitted with the comforts you need, including WiFi and Bluetooth speakers for connecting your devices, this cabin sleeps 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults. With wonderful walks from the front door, a 10 min drive from Corwen, 20 mins from Bala or Llangollen and countless sites to visit.

Dating from 1762, this beautiful stone cottage is full of period features, beamed ceilings and a huge inglenook fireplace. Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. Great for couples, adventurers, families and dogs. Car essential.

Try wild water swimming, fly fishing, or kayaking, in the deep spring water lake. You and pets will be welcomed by somene in wellies with a strong Welsh accent and smile. Foel Glyd, Cosy Cottage

Stunning views of the Clywdian and Berwyn mountain ranges creates the perfect backdrop for a stay in beautiful North Wales. Our little cottage sits within the grounds of our house but is totally separate and self sufficient. Located 500m from Clocaenog Forest, a mile from the village pub and shop and a short drive to Bala lake, Betws y Coed, Snowdonia and beyond. It’s a perfect base for walking, hiking, mountain biking or just relaxing with a book by the fire or with a drink in the hot tub.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The Pigsty, Snowdonia, North Wales, Bala, Wales

Situated in the grounds of “Caerau Gardens”, a charming and unusual bolt hole for a couple. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. The surroundings are wonderful, we even have our lake for fishing, swimming or perhaps kayaking. The Shepherd’s Hut at Hafoty Boeth

If it’s peace and quiet you are looking for, then this is the place for you. We are set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, surrounded by hills. We have a smallholding of 20 acres. Guests are encouraged to explore our property and get to meet our animals..alpacas, llamas, goats, sheep. Here peacocks, guinea fowl, geese, turkeys and hens roam freely. We have the friendliest dogs and cats! The unit has everything you will need for your stay. Anything else you require, we are on hand to assist.

This romantic tree cabin is located on the edge of a tranquil woodland at the bottom of a beautiful privately owned 5 acre garden, overlooking a hypnotic river waterfall. This majestic retreat is where you can unwind, relax and recharge, with full access to the BBQ area and on site sauna. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Cor Isaf - Country Cottage

There will always be a friendly welcome at Cor Isa, a cosy stylish retreat on the hillside overlooking the Clwydian Range. The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdonia and Zip World only 1hr drive away. Walks and cyclepaths are plentiful in the surrounding area.
