Downstairs there is a second bedroom, kitchen & gorgeous bathroom with roll top bath. Ideally located 2 miles from Sandringham House, 5 minutes drive to Houghton Hall & Gardens and a short drive to the North Norfolk coast.

A spacious 1 bed cottage in the heart of the Norfolk village of Snettisham. The Rose and Crown pub which serves delicious home cooked food and fine ales is close by. The Old Bank restaurant which is listed in the Michelin guide is also within strolling distance and the village store is just around the corner. Cranston Cottage is perfect for couples. Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Established for over 12 years with many repeat bookings and glowing testimonies. Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor opposite the bathroom, bed 2 top floor, with sloping apex ceiling king size bed. Private off-road parking next to cottage sleeps up to 5 people well behaved dogs welcome. One bathroom with toilet and walk in shower.

Get away from it all when you stay with us in Dersingham, Norfolk. Next to, and surrounded by, the Royal Sandringham Estate, close to beautiful beaches and all other north Norfolk attractions. Plenty of choice locally for pubs to eat at and for takeaways. We have two Labradors hence the no pets. Two bedrooms (king size bed and twin beds), lounge, dining-kitchen, shower room. You will be staying in a detached converted barn at our home. All set in an acre of gardens.
