Enter The Old Chapel, a labor of love renovation resulting in a charming three-bedroom, all-ensuite stay unlike any other. Perfect for short getaways or week-long stays. Enjoy peaceful nights in king-sized beds fitted with luxurious 500-thread-count sheets. Each en-suite features spacious dual showers, fluffy robes, and slippers for ultimate relaxation.

Enjoy a unique and memorable stay at this quaint cottage in the historic town of Wirksworth, known as The Gem of the Peaks. Nestled on a pretty hillside street, Sunshine Cottage has beautiful views from the tiered patio garden and is less than 5 minutes walk from the town’s independent shops, boutique cinema and eateries. A cosy space for two filled with character and charm, the cottage has a lounge with logburner, kitchen diner, master bedroom with cinema-style projector and separate bathroom.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.

The Entire Coach House at Middleton Hall

Relax in this peaceful unique country home, either warm yourself by the wood burner or relax out in the garden, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the private Middleton Hall estate. The Coach House has been refurbished , with designer furniture, wall paper, hand painted murals on the walls, marble shower room, hypnos beds and an American fridge freezer. Walk to Chatsworth House (3 miles) across the fields following the River Derwent. Set in 9 acres of peaceful landscaped gardens with wonderful birdlife - but only a few miles from the market town of Bakewell. Plenty of great walks from the house plus all year round indoor heated pool shared with Woodside Cottage - also at the same location.

Willow Cottage Newly renovated quaint cottage

Nestled away in the village of Youlgrave, in the heart of the Peak District National Park this newly renovated cottage is the perfect bolt hole for couples, friends and single travellers looking to get away from it all. It is a great place for walkers and cyclists with access to the Limestone Way, White Peak Way and the Alternative Pennine Way. There are three public houses which all serve home cooked food using local produce and there are two bakeries, a deli and post office.
