During your stay, you'll have access to our back patio and a spacious, fully fenced backyard. Inside, the first floor features a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The second floor offers a cozy lounge area, a half bathroom, and a large master bedroom. Each room is equipped with a queen-size bed and a USB charger. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Welcome to Shiloh Place! Our spacious (1400sqft) 3 bedroom, lower level/basement apartment. In a peaceful suburban setting, just minutes away from everything Buffalo/Niagara Falls has to offer! Within one minute of Erie Canal walking/biking paths, kayak/boat launch, golf course, grocery stores, restaurants, wine/beer stores, and so much more! Come, and be refreshed! CEILINGS ARE LOW, just under 7 feet. Also, we live above, so you may hear normal apartment sounds. NO CABLE TV, but we have ROKU.
