My cosy house is located in a monumental building from the 2nd world war that is rebuild into great houses. The house is located in the dunes only on 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. There are a few restaurants in the direct area. The boat to the islands is only 5km from the house. The house has 3 levels and 2 terraces. 2 large bedrooms and a beautifull bathroom and kitchen. The train will bring you in less than an hour to Amsterdam, but who will need Amsterdam in this great place?

The interior of the house is very atmospheric, has a vintage and romantic character, gives a country feeling and has the charm of a hunting lodge. The house is located next to the dike, beach, sea and dunes. Next to the house is a playground with playground equipment, a small field and a basketball court. Around the house is a large garden with several places around to take a seat.

Our beautiful holiday home is located in the small-scale bungalow park "Callantsogervaart," with nine peacefully situated houses, just 950 meters from the beach. The garden surrounding the house is 170m² and fully enclosed by a fence, ideal for children to play in or for your dog. If you'd like to enjoy a refreshing swim, you can do so in the indoor, communal pool at the adjacent recreation park. two free bikes are at your disposal to discover the area.
