This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Located perfectly for Rehoboth Beach or Dewey Beach visitors. It is a 20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave or to the beach. We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

Cozy Woodland Cottage

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Located less than 5 miles from downtown Lewes and Delaware Beaches. The cottage guest house is nestled in the woods adjacent to a tree house overlooking a tranquil pond with a calming fountain sounds. On the main property guests have access to a in ground swimming pool (seasonal) with a 60 foot lap lane and slide, schedule times with hosts.. The backyard also includes an organic garden, playground and 🐔 chickens.

The 1934 Farmhouse not only has local history but plenty of space for everyone. Originally a century family farm with only few owners since being developed. It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need. Close to everything (Sports at the beach) just minutes away. The beaches Lewes, Rehoboth and Ocean City all within 30-40 minute drives. Thank you for booking.

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
