The cabin has many different rooms, nooks and crannies that you can enjoy, all with a view of the woods and the Delaware River. Outdoor hot tub for perfect winter starry nights and a hammock for naps in shaded summer days. You will enjoy the sounds of nature all day and night. The cabin is extremely well ventilated, bright and sunny. It’s cozy and very warm in the winter. You will enjoy a good quality gas fireplace and perfect heating in every room. Floors have radiant heating. Robust showers with great water pressure and a deep soaking bathtub for a luxurious and relaxing you-time. Bedrooms are fitted with high-end designer beds and mattresses and high quality all-cotton linens. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils, pots and pans and everything you need to make meals and stay in. We provide you with a Nespresso machine (BRING YOUR OWN CAPSULES) We hope you enjoy your stay in our cabin! We are just a text away should you need anything. There are several local ice cream shacks around Barryville. In winter, ski at Big Bear ski mountain 15 minutes away. There is plenty of parking at the house

Rocky Ledges

Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. We live on a quiet and pleasant dead end street. The views of the Catskills & gardens are awesome. Located near Hunter Mountain Festivals, Woodstock & Katterskill Falls.

This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

There will be other opportunities for interaction depending on the length of your stay, time of year & the family schedule.
