Our studio is a new, bright, clean, and distinctive space in the treetops that is separate from our main house to ensure privacy. We are 4.5 miles away from downtown and 6 miles from airport. We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. The perfect getaway if you want to be in nature and still 20 min from downtown Austin. This cute cabin is situated at the very back of this lovely 5-acre property. This cabin has a kitchenette for simple cooking during your stay. With a luxurious futon, it can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Guests will have access to our communal bathhouse with showers and toilets that has an abundance of hot water. (Please note that the bathhouse is a 1-2 min walk from the unit.)

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
