Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

In walking distance from our downtown Smithville shopping, coffee shops, Banks and restaurants, I have a two-story house with a basement, first floor is rental, I live on the second floor and have a beauty shop on the north side, and downstairs is our little studio apartment it's cozy a nice place to stay no windows steps going down, private parking outback a grill and pergola for smoking or eating.. 15 minutes from lake,2 minfrom golf

My cabin is secluded, in a rural area. It is 768 square feet & is one open room with a bathroom. It is divided into kitchen, living & bedroom areas. The back deck looks out over the wooded area. The cabin has Dish TV service and satellite WiFi service. The cabin is close to center hill lake with its many swimming options. We love this cabin and hope that you love it as much as we do.
