This spacious condo is located near Chalki’s port, it is accessible by foot and it is above from “Tsantou”, one of the last open access to the harbor (where you can take your morning dive). It features a fully renovated kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms with remote controlled fans, a big bathroom and a huge “veranda” overlooking Chalki’s bay. This is an historical building protected by the archeologia of Rethymno so all the restoration have been very respectful of the place, trying to keep the soul of the house. The staircase, the wooden floor, the kioski, the stone sink and fornitures are made by hand by local artisans and by using the traditional material of the island.
