This area of Nashville has plenty to offer with the biggest Mall in Tennessee and lots of restaurants and things to do. It can also be a quiet relaxing time if that is what you like. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please respect the quiet neighborhood and neighbors. We are a short distance from the airport and there is a train station down the road that goes into Nashville in the mornings and evenings. We are a short cab or Uber ride to the Honky Tonks and happenings downtown as well. Nashville has the highest Hotel rates in the nation. Because of where we are situated, it is extremely easy to get around with Lyft or Uber or driving. We are in the part of town with the least traffic getting to and from Downtown Nashville. Our 1-bedroom basement apartment features full-bath, kitchen, and a large living area. Just 10 minutes from downtown, it's set on a quiet street surrounded by nature. There is private entry, parking, and lots of personal touches. Families of students at Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt love our proximity to the campuses.
