Romantic Cottage in a Historic Setting in Nashville

Escape life’s cares on the private porch with the sounds of the creek below. Indulge in a chic cottage that is filled with special touches, including a porcelain claw-foot tub, locally made ceramics, and charming Nashville accents. We have recently added a second cottage with a bedroom and en suite bathroom with its own private entrance off the porch. Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Luxurious Cozy Guesthouse

This space is completely private and separate from the main residence. It has a king size bed, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and living area with flat screen and cable. Vaulted ceilings with thick wooden beams give the apartment a spacious feel. The floor is done in a terra cotta Mexican tile; the decor is bright and funky. French doors open to a private courtyard area connected to covered parking. It's located in historic Inglewood/East Nashville. The quiet neighborhood is covered with mature trees and is just one block from the Cumberland River. It feels like you are far from the big city, but in reality, you are minutes from Opry Mills and downtown Nashville. Hip restaurants, coffee shop, pub, and public transit are just blocks away. **We are huge child and animal lovers, but our space is not safe for children. We have a no child under 12 policy, and a not pet policy. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
