"The Haken Haven in Hershey"

We would love to share our spare bedroom with guests from all over the world! It's a 10' by 13' room, just steps away from a bathroom with tub and shower. The room has some closet and drawer space and internet access. Our kitchen and dining room are open and cheery. We also have a three season room off the side of the house which is a lovely space to relax and read. We have a fireplace in the living room that we can light for your winter pleasure! (We burn REAL wood!) Central AC keeps the house cool in the summer. While here you can expect peace and quiet and beautiful sunsets out the front window of our living room. We offer coffee and tea in the morning. Our neighborhood is a mix of farm fields and wooded lots. The Hershey Medical Center is 2 and a half miles away. Hershey town, with the attractions of the amusement park, gardens, outlet mall, the Giant Center, and many restaurants is just 3 miles away. To the west, on the way to Harrisburg, Indian Echo Caverns is a great place for family fun. Just 10 miles from Hershey there is the interesting capital city of Harrisburg including spots such as "City Island" in the middle of the Susquehanna River. To the east, at about 30 minutes drive are the Renaissance Fair, Lancaster attractions with the Sight and Sound theater and the lovely Amish community. The Capital Area Transit bus makes many stops in Hershey. The nearest train stations are in Harrisburg or Elizabethtown. The Harrisburg International airport is 10 miles from our house. Our "place" is unique in that my husband and I speak French, so we welcome French speakers! There are not too many French speakers in this "neck of the woods"!

Cozy, quiet guest suite within 10 minutes of Hershey park, Giant center, Hollywood casino, local wineries and Troegs Brewery. Located on a rural 6 acre property with horses, two dogs and a shy barn cat. Outdoor seating and fire pit included. Parking within steps of the entrance. 1 queen bed (sleep number), 1 fold up twin size bed with memory foam mattress (75 x 38 in). 2 guest maximum, No stairs. Our checkout process: grab your stuff and lock the door on the way out. We take care of the rest!

Country In-Law Quarters

Your area is a one bedroom with private bathroom to include shower. Kitchen includes air fryer/microwave combo, toaster oven and apt refrigerator. You will have a private entrance, 12 step down to apt and 1 parking spot. We can provide a comfy queen size aero mattress for 2 additional people. There is a full length sofa and love seat which can be used for additional sleeping areas. We have provided a water and food dish for dogs. Disposable bags are located at exit door for our furry friends.

Centrally Located, Modern Basement Suite

Located in the town of Mechanicsburg. Private 1 Bedroom basement suite, full bath, open kitchenette/dining area with full-sized washer and dryer. This is a basement suite; sounds from the floor above will be heard depending on the current occupants. However all guests are asked to maintain a quiet time between 11:00PM- 7:00 AM. Within walking distance to downtown Mechanicsburg. Close to Route 81, 83 and 76 & Messiah Univ (10 min), Roundtop (20 min), Hersheypark (25min) and Harrisburg (15min).

We have a finished basement furnished with a kitchenette, bathroom including shower, bedroom, dining space and futon. Outside is a great porch to sit on when the sun is setting or on warmer days. We’re located right off of 322 and 225 which makes staying here a breeze when traveling long distances! 1hr 20min to little league World Series 10-15mins from everything in Harrisburg and less than 10mins to great food! 5 min from the Appalachian Trai! 35 min to Hershey park and giant center.

Peaceful quiet location 6 miles from Hershey Park. Relax in the welcoming outdoor space after an active day enjoying the local activities. The outdoor space boasts a koi pond, fire pit as well as a gazebo. Chances are you will see local wildlife including deer, wild turkey, and a wide variety of birds and honey bees! This is a spacious downstairs apartment in a beautiful newer house in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has private entrance and a yard. There are two bedrooms. If your party has more than two people, or if you need two separate beds, there is an additional $20 charge for the second bedroom per night. The house is located close to I-81 and highway 322 less than 10 minutes drive from the state capitol and the beautiful Susquehanna river and 25 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport.
