Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

But it offers something far more rare—stillness and simplicity. And it is a true wilderness escape for those who love challenges. Without a 4- WD vehicle, be prepared to walk 800 meters until destination. The territory is surrounded by ancient forest and marshlands with wildlife. The nearest lake is 8 km.

Welcome to the beautiful city Daugavpils and my cozy apartment, which is located in a quiet residential area with the most beautiful historical sights of our city - the Church Hill that has gathered the churches of four different confessions - Martin Luther Cathedral, Roman Catholic Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, SS Boris and Gleb Russian Orthodox Cathedral and Church of the Community of Old Believers. Public transport and the city center is also within walking distance.

Garden house nice and cosy

The two-bedroom apartment is in a private house with a fireplace. In heating season we stoke the fireplace before guests arrive, but all the following days must be heated by yourself. We provide all necessary for the kindling fireplace in the next staying days. The fireplace kindles easily and keeps heat for a long time. This will not affect your comfort but will make cozy and romantic your stay. I will send you all the necessary instructions on how to stoke the fireplace.

Compact and bright apartment in pre-war building located near river Daugava just in walking distance from the walking street and all city activities - shops, restaurants, farmers market etc. Apartment is cozy and renovated respectfully to its original floor plan and historical values - old wooden floors, wooden doors and window sills.
