For your pleasure, enjoy epic ocean views from the brand new balcony hot tub! Watch the sunrise and ships go by from your private oasis, or take 47 steps and watch them from the beach! BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! We rent the bottom floor of our vacation home - it has its own separate entrances. 900 foot dock to walk to the river to fish, look for porpoises or go crabbing. Watch the herons and egrets in the marsh at low tide.
