Woodland Cotswold Shepherd's Hut

This three year old hut is very comfy with multiple amenities including: a double futon bed (which is firm, but has a good foam mattress topper) a fold up and down dining table, a radiator, kitchen with mini fridge; plug electric hob; kettle and cookery equipment, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, books and binoculars for birdwatching on your walks. The hut sits on the edge of our private land, and backs onto a private footpath. Out front is a small stone patio with a fire pit and chairs.

Surrounded by nature, with amazing walks and an abundance of wildlife.. you may spy a grazing deer! Within a 30 minute drive of all the “must see” villages and 10 minutes from Upcote Barn wedding venue. No Wifi but good 4G, TV, fire-pit BBQ and very comfy bed. A cosy 4-berth caravan set within a beautiful picturesque part of the Peak District National Park. Ideally situated for walkers, climbers, and cyclists. This is a beautiful part of the countryside with lots of local attractions such as the Chatsworth estate, the market town of Bakewell, and the spar town of Buxton. More areas of historical interest include Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and Eyam. A lovely place to visit, relax, and take in the view of Curbar edge. Completely self-catering.
