La casa è dotata di uno spazio esterno per leggere, mangiare e fare barbecue. Il mare dista 10 minuti a piedi a scendere; da casa è possibile partire per diverse escursioni. La distanza dal centro di Genova è di circa 30 minuti in auto. Le fermate del treno e della corriera sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
