On 6 wooded acres in a private mountain river cove outside Damascus, VA , our cozy, renovated 3-story A-frame cottage property fronts the cliff-flanked, trout-stocked South Fork Holston River. The cottage features 3 spacious bedrooms, each on its own level; a fully equipped kitchen; great room; dining room; laundry room; and a 2nd-floor loft accessing the 16'-wide balcony. A 20' x 12' deck offers space for outdoor relaxing and dining and opens to the yard with fire pit.

Welcome to the historic Abingdon Donkey Lodge, a farm stay on the Creeper Trail. We're waterfront too, and have sweet, fuzzy donkeys to pet. Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. A 2 bedroom cabin that boasts a well-stocked kitchen, a family room/dining area, oven, dishwasher, AC/heat, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. A large, partially covered porch with a gas grill, has gates on both entrances to help keep children/pets safe.

Enjoy the Birthplace of Country Music, NASCAR, and Rhythm and Roots Reunion, with easy day trips to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Asheville. It is a spacious studio area with microwave and mini fridge, no kitchen. The unit has a separate entrance and is located on a side road with low traffic. There is a large yard across the street where kids can play! Directly bordering the yard is the Virginia Creeper Trail. Easily ride your bike to downtown Damascus or the Damascus brewery!

Easy Living is a quiet home in the country that sits directly beside the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. The Virginia Creeper Trail is conveniently located just across the bridge at the end of the driveway and is the perfect place to hike, bike, or walk with the family. Fishing is available along the river bank or just relax on the private gazebo. All of the conveniences of home with much more relaxation!
