The enchanting studio Manila is part of the Biliran Paradise Sea Houses establishment, which is located on the Biliran Island. There are lots of water falls, stunning rivers, beaches, rice terraces, hot water springs on the Island. The properties are on the doorstep of Visaya sea in Agpangi circa 2km north of Naval center. During low tide sand banks and patches of pebbles appear in front of the houses, creating a beautiful and safe place for children to play as the sea level rises slowly.

Market & Mr Kwiiz restaurant are very close with free of charge food delivery. Caretaker is always around whenever you seek help.

Room for up to 2 guests and extra bed for additional person can be arranged. Very relaxing place with full view of the ocean as the room sits on top of the hill. A bit distant (not very far, just a short 10 minutes motorcycle taxi ride) from the crowded area where most of the night bars and diveshops operate. It has own beachfront, a perfect location to view the sunset and close to the islands lighthouse which can be access to the top should you wish to see the island in full.
