Svi će se osjećati ugodno u prostranom i jedinstvenom smještaju s prekrasnim pogledom. Apartman se nalazi na katu obiteljske kuće izgrađene prije više od 100 godina kad je služila kao štagalj. Kasnije je postala idilično obiteljsko utočište na brežuljku nasuprot srednjovjekovnog grada Motovuna, u blizini biciklističke i izletničke trase Parenzana, lječilišta Istarske Toplice i aquaparka Istralandia. Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
