The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Cosy fireside cottage for walkers, Lake District

Rose Cottage: luxury, dog-friendly home in the heart of Caldbeck. Ideal base for walkers/runners/cyclists with quiet Northern Fells straight from the door. On a no through road on the Cumbria Way, 5 minute walk to Parson’s Park forestry. Secure cycle storage & garden. Perfect for couples, solo hikers or friends; two separate bedrooms for those who prefer their own space. After a day on the hills, return to a log burner in one of the Lake District’s most welcoming villages. Cosy village pub.
