A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

This high quality built 2-bedroom apartment is part of our new house on a unique, gated, cozy 5-Acre property. Situated on a ridge with a stunning view into a beautiful valley and a glimpse of Center Hill Lake. If you like the Smoky Mountains, this is your place to stay-only 1hour away from Nashville! 2 Minutes off of I40. The sun rises and the sun sets are magical to experience from the porch. Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature or rest after boating, kayaking, hiking or workshops.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

This open floor design features live edge tables, a large, 75” screen tv with internet based channels, great wifi & an amazing view of the mountains & sunrises right outside your door! Your private deck has comfortable seating & a hot tub provided for your comfort. A grill & fire pit along with charcoal & wood is provided! *hosts live upstairs-we will honor quiet hours of 11pm-7am.

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway log cabin with central air/heat & keyless entrance. The living room has a 55 in smart TV w/Roku, small fridge, microwave & keurig. It's a great place to work remote. The Queen bedroom has a Smart TV & a desk. You have a covered parking space & access to the main home front porch with a small table & 2 chairs, porch swing & rockers. No pets at all & no smoking please. We have allergies
