The suite has a shared entryway with one other suite (also available on Airbnb) but is very private.

This beautifully well lit contemporary apartment is located above Stonewall Abbey Wellness in vibrant downtown Sperryville. Private entrance leads you to a gorgeous apartment with a fully supplied kitchen, warm electric fireplace and outdoor eating area (small gas grill). The space is perfect for a couple or two friends to take in our local flavors, such as hiking, mountain/gravel biking, or catching up over beverages from our local breweries and wineries. We welcome pets: $50.00 pet deposit.

Huge fireplace for warm evenings (extra charge for wood/cleaning), beautiful night sky and 10 foot beamed ceilings, 2 decks, walks around the lake. Cozy and comfortable formal with a first floor bedroom, if you have trouble with steps this home may be challenging. Pets allowed on a case by case basis, on a leash at all times outdoors and in restricted areas.

The farm is located 80 miles from Washington DC and just down the road from Sperryville, Shenandoah National Park, Old Rag Mountain, Luray Caverns, The Inn at Little Washington and other local attractions.
